Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy, according to a new lawsuit. The 54-year-old rapper allegedly assaulted the boy in a New York hotel room in 2005. Lawsuits and lawsuits have “rained down” on the music mogul.

Combs’ attorneys again denied the specific allegations and accused the plaintiffs’ attorney, Anthony Buzbee, of seeking publicity. Mr. Buzbee says he represents more than 150 alleged victims of the rapper and has filed at least 17 lawsuits.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” the law firm said in a statement. “In court, the truth will shine”he concludes.

Cobbs is currently in a New York City jail, after pleading not guilty to sex-trafficking charges contained in an indictment unsealed after his September 16 arrest. The 10-year-old boy, who is not named in the lawsuit, was an aspiring actor and rapper who had traveled with his parents from California to meet with music industry executives. He was given a drug-laced soda by a Combs associate during an audition—which was supposed to be an audition.

Combs pushed him down and forced him to perform oral sex before he was knocked unconscious, the lawsuit states. The rapper threatened to harm the child’s parents badly if they told anyone what happened. Combs’ criminal trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025. Recall that in mid-September, the rapper was arrested and charged with sexual abuse, extortion and trafficking. These charges, if proven, will put Sean Combs in prison for the rest of his life. In October, more than 130 complaints came to the authorities, with 25 of them involving minor children, as young as nine years old.

Sean

Victims describe Combs as a predator: he promised them a bright career, generally in the music industry, but he also had influence in other areas, including fashion, events and public relations. Then came the abuse. He would violently abuse them and then wait for them to remain silent. There was also a large network of associates, friends and co-workers who knew about the abuse and not only didn’t disclose it, but kept it – and keep it – hidden for decades.

Like any industry powerhouse, Combs had countless friends with whom he posed at dozens of parties. From pictures that have been released, we see him drinking champagne with Leonardo DiCaprio, Mariah Carey, Lil Kim, Tommy Lee, Jonah Hill, Mel B, the Olsen sisters, Donna Karan, his then-girlfriend , Jennifer Lopez – they dated between 1999 and 2001 – and his former close friend, Ashton Kutcher, and his then partner, Demi Moore.

In fact, at a party for his 50th birthday, held in December 2019, he was photographed with several Kardashian sisters, Naomi Campbell, Beyoncé and Jay Z, Fergie, Pharrell Williams and Vanessa and Kobe Bryant – who would die six weeks later in a helicopter crash. But the parties that the media had access to are very different from the… “horror parties” that he used to throw.
