He said: “Crazy fact… everyone thinks it’s the flight attendant’s job to lift their bags to the locker, but it’s not».
“In fact, our airline, and a ton of other airlines, urge us not to help because so many people can get hurt with it. And you’re not even covered».
As he points out, the US Associate of Flight Attendants advises its members not to help customers with heavy luggage, because in the event of an injury, insurers do not cover medical bills.
