Diddy’s guests were required to sign a 70-year confidentiality agreement

Arrested for sex trafficking, extortion, criminal association and promotion of prostitution at the Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn, New York, Sean Combs, aka Diddy, awaits his trial scheduled for May 5, 2025. Until then, the mogul’s situation of music becomes more complicated with the emergence of new information about its parties. The rapper turned 55 this Monday (4).

The most recent is related to a confidentiality agreement between the rapper and his so-called “freak offs” guests. A pact, in fact, strict, lasting 70 years or the artist’s entire life. According to the website TMZ, which had access to the document, it was prohibited to reveal any details about Diddy, his family, friends or associates.

To maintain the singer’s privacy and reputation at all costs, guests were also prohibited from recording videos or taking photos without prior authorization. However, a witness, Courtnet Burgess, claims that she has videos of some of the parties, in which celebrities, including minors, appear under the influence of substances and in libidinous acts. Burgess claims to have received these tapes from Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-partner, who passed away in 2018.

Burgess’ lawyer says he can prove the authenticity of the videos and comments that one of the celebrities who appears in the recordings is more famous than Diddy himself. The rapper’s legal team, in turn, denies the accusations, classifying them as “an attempt to obtain publicity.”

Combs, also known as Puff Daddy or P. Diddy, was arrested on September 16th. In his mansions in Los Angeles and Miami, police found drugs, rifles and more than 1,000 bottles of baby skin oil and lubricants — products that, in theory, were intended for these orgies. The main complaint was made by an ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, who claims to have been repeatedly raped by the rapper, and forced to take drugs and also have sex with other men for days.
