The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) granted, this Wednesday (27), habeas corpus to the comedian and influencer Dilson Alves da Silva Neto, known as Nego Di. Preventively arrested four months ago, the former BBB is accused of embezzlement and money laundering, in an alleged scheme involving products that would not have been delivered by an online store.

Nego Di, who was detained at the Canoas State Penitentiary 1 (Pecan 1), in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, had three requests for release denied by the Rio Grande do Sul Court. Now, he will respond to the charges in freedom, but he will have to comply with precautionary measures determined by the court.

The influencer will have to periodically appear in court to justify their activities and is prohibited from changing their address without judicial authorization. Nego Di will also not be able to leave the district without prior notification to the court, nor visit or use social media. In addition, the comedian’s passport will be collected.

According to the Court, the influencer and his partner, Anderson Boneti, had harmed more than 370 people with sales made through the Tadizuera website, between March 18 and July 26, 2022.

The Civil Police investigation indicated that financial transactions in bank accounts linked to Dilson at the time exceeded R$5 million. Users reported having purchased products such as televisions, cell phones and household appliances on the virtual platform, but had not received the items or received a refund.

Gaucho from Porto Alegre, Nego Di participated in Big Brother Brasil 2021, joining the Camarote group as a digital influencer. After 22 days of confinement, he was eliminated with 98.76% of the votes.
