Angelina Jolie, the Oscar-winning actress was a guest on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon, her first late-night talk show appearance in a decade.

The actress revealed that she once thought of working as a funeral director. “You are an incredible actress, but I saw some things online. I was wondering if I could ask you if these rumors are true about other careers you may have had”the presenter told her. “First of all, is it true that before acting you studied to be a funeral director?”Jimmy Fallon asked her, with Angelina Jolie confirming it.

“My grandfather died and I remember thinking that it shouldn’t be like this. This should be a celebration of life. And because I’m not afraid of death and I’m comfortable with it, I thought, “This would be a great career for me… I could do better. I could do something here.”

Jolie then joked: “It’s my backup career…” Jolie is currently promoting her film ‘Maria’, in which she plays Maria Callas.
