Marina Ruy Barbosa and fiancé buy property in condominium worth R$600 million; get to know

Actress Marina Ruy Barbosa, 29, and her fiance, businessman Abdul Fares, 40, bought an apartment valued at around R$6 million in a condominium worth R$600 million, in the Jardins region, in São Paulo.

The property is part of a complex that will only be delivered in 2028, with apartments between 114 m² and 350 m² meters. But on the Daslu Residence website it is now possible to see concepts of the spaces and also of the apartment that will be owned by the actress and the heir of Marabraz.

The apartment will have four suites, dining and living rooms integrated into the kitchen and a private pool with a gourmet area and three parking spaces.

The building has 31 floors and a façade covered in travertine marble. Marina became an ambassador for the project, which will feature an area open to the public, Boulevard Daslu, and a 600 m² spa.

One of the differences is that there will be a professional golf simulator on the premises, as well as an exclusive gym, sauna and concierge and tailoring services.

The condominium will have a restaurant designed by chef Rafael Cagali, with two Michelin stars under his belt. There will be a bar inspired by those in London and New York and another space at the top for conventions, events and outdoor meetings.

Abdul and his father, Jamel Fares, 64, ended up fighting a legal battle with his son’s request for an interdiction against his father, one of the founding partners of the retail chain that has 120 furniture stores. His son asked for his guardianship, claiming that Jamel has several health problems.

Jamel, in turn, hired an office to question the action and accuse Abdul of the crime of ideological falsehood. But, according to Extra, both withdrew from the actions and even posed together.
