Ludmilla and Brunna Gonçalves announced, on Tuesday afternoon (17), the sex of the couple’s first baby: a girl. The revelation took place during a party for family and friends in a mansion in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro. With the theme “Vale Encantado do Baby Brumila”, the event even featured a samba circle before the most awaited moment of the celebration.
Dressed in white, the guests formed a circle around a stage decorated with flowers and balloons, where Ludmilla and Brunna were positioned. A countdown marked the announcement, accompanied by visual effects, smoke and pink paint, confirming that the baby is a girl.
“It’s a girl! Your niece is coming”, Ludmilla published in Stories. “My world is pink,” said Brunna Gonçalves. The couple made a joint post on social media, in which they received congratulations from followers and celebrities.
The announcement of Brunna Gonçalves’ pregnancy was made during the Numanice 3 show, at the beginning of November, in São Paulo. On the occasion, Ludmilla showed her excitement by sharing the news with the public. “I’m going to be a mother,” the singer declared repeatedly during the performance. Brunna and Ludmilla have been together since 2017, but only publicly announced their relationship in 2019, the same year they got married.
The pregnancy occurred through the method known as Ropa, an acronym for Reception of Oocytes from Partner. Ludmilla’s egg was fertilized by a donor’s semen, through in vitro fertilization, and then transferred to Brunna’s uterus.
