Another indicator helps to understand the success: it also became the platform’s most viewed production in Brazil in the first 10 days of launch. Yes, the approach to Ayrton Senna’s personal life and Formula 1 career enchanted Brazilians and foreigners. Not for nothing. “There are scenes from racing series that are nothing like American productions, it’s not easy to do that”, emphasized Thiago Stivaletti in the live broadcast in which the winners were announced.

Starring Gabriel Leone, the series about the idol begins with his beginnings in karting and follows his move to England to compete in Formula Ford and, later, in Formula 1. Historic moments of his career are shown.

The work also goes through some of the relationships he had, such as his media romance with Xuxa. However, there was controversy because Adriane Galisteu, the pilot’s companion when he suffered the fatal accident that shocked the world, only appears for a few minutes.

It doesn’t matter. For the fans, Senna will always be in first place on the podium!
