The Happy Traveler family continues their Christmas outings and the Sunday, December 22 explores the province of Bavaria in Germany.
Its starting point Happy and her Electra it’s Füssen and they go to visit the impressive castles of Bavaria. The iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, which inspired Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle, the Bavarian Kings Museum located in the next village and the equally beautiful Hohenschwangau Castle. Their attention is won by beautiful churches, such as the Coleman Church and the Wies Church, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
They continue the trip to festive Munich where they go to the Bavarian Statue, Christmas market, museum, palace and the very impressive cathedral. They go for a walk in the old town, climb the 300 steps of St. Peter which the locals call “old Peter”, walk in the Odeon square, in the big park of the palaces and see the Maximilian building.
Festive atmosphere, impressive monuments and sights, endless walks in decorated cities make this trip simply magical.
