Four years after Armie Hammer’s career was practically extinguished in Hollywood, the actor stated that he now has a full work schedule. So much so that he refuses new contracts.

“It’s slow, but the conversation when my name comes up in the industry is ‘man, he got screwed.’ And that’s really good. It’s very encouraging,” he said in an interview with the Your Mom’s House podcast.

In 2021, the actor, who rose to fame in “Call Me By Your Name” (2017), was accused of cannibalism, sexual abuse and strange “sexual appetites”.

The Los Angeles police investigated the allegations, but the material was considered insufficient for a formal complaint.

In 2022, he returned to act in “Death on the Nile”, alongside Gal Gadot, but faced financial problems since then.

In the interview, Armie also stated that he has five films in mind. One of the works, according to him, will be filmed in Croatia this month, and another in the Philippines in the coming months.

The actor, great-grandson of an oil tycoon, also said that he did not identify with the rich boy image that the industry had about him.

“I was like, ‘I feel like an alien walking around most of the time’. I don’t feel like a human. I feel like a creature. So if I’m going to be a creature, I’m going to be the king of the creatures.”
