From the Ormenio Evros begins its journalistic journey, live, on the Day of Lights, January 6 at 2:45 p.m., the new show of SKAI, “Where there is Greece”with her Evlampia Revi and him George Kourdis. Every day at the same time, live broadcast from a different part of our country, “Where Greece is” brings to light the special identity of each place. He “sees” and “hears” modern Greece through stories, narratives, experiences and the unique way of life of its inhabitants.

In the show’s premiere, the studio becomes the northernmost point of Greece, Ormenio Evrou, and the protagonists are the people who live there. The Thracians they talk about the abandonment of critical villages, desertification and the demographic problem. A few people give life to this particular place – those who go against the flow and large families who resist and ask for support. The show’s camera travels to the enchanting Delta and captures shocking images. We cook and eat with the lady of Evros in her hut and together with the police we go on patrol along the fence and the water crossings of the migrants.

In the foreground will be the real problems and challenges faced by local communities while viewers are invited to participate and share their personal perspective on their place by creating their own videos. They can also become part of the show and contribute to its development with their own stories and opinions.
