Singer Ana Castela is at the center of a lawsuit in ParanĂ¡ after a businessman claimed that she and her team broke an investment contact. Now, he demands part of the profits from the cattle boat. When contacted, she did not respond.
Depending on the process to which the F5 had access, Agesner Monteiro says that he signed an investment contract in Ana Castela’s career in September 2021 and that her agents would have agreed to the clauses.
But he states that the artist’s representatives stopped reporting on the earnings from her agency and illegally removed him from receiving royalties and advertising contracts, among other amounts.
On the other hand, Raphael and Rodolfo, who take care of Castela’s career and are the other party to the process, say in the documents that this contract with Agesner would no longer be valid, since there would be no legal relationship between them. And there would have been no proof that the businessman invested R$100,000 in the singer’s career.
Agesner claims that the decision to remove him from the earnings would have been unilateral, which he classified as dishonest. He also requested that an examination be carried out to calculate
of the singer’s future assets due to the cash flows that would provide a return to him.
The case is still ongoing in the 7th Civil Court of Londrina/PR.
