An Asterix’s album will be translated, for the first time, into the Ukrainians in the 120th language in which the adventures of the little Galatian warrior and his friends will be released, Albert René announced today.

“Asterix” is the comic book with the most translations around the world, as it circulates in 120 languages ​​and dialects.

The album they chose is the first of the series, “Asterix the Galatian” of 1961. It will be released by Pinzel, a Ukrainian publishing house that has previously translated Ten-Ten’s adventures. The translation will be taken over by a Ukrainian student in Paris, Anna-Maria Banadina, just 18 years old, who reads as an asterix as an asterix from her childhood.
