The Princess of Spain, Leonor de Bourbon, 19, spent six days in Brazil aboard the Juan Sebastián de Elcano School in a training with the Brazilian Navy. The firstborn of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia took the stay in Salvador to enjoy the beginning of the Bahian Carnival, on Tuesday night (18). She enjoyed the Olodum show with participation by Jau, Ana Mametto and is Tchan, in Pelourinho.
Leonor was in the company of some friends of the boat and was caught from afar by a photographer in the audience. The day before, she won a tribute from the band Fé-Menina, from the Pracatum Association, by Carlinhos Brown.
Asturias Princess Parade in Latin America in Salvador was the only one in Brazil. She and the other aspirants left Brazil on Wednesday and went to other countries such as Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Panama, Colombia and Dominican Republic, before heading to New York, United States. The training will be completed in June, when Leonor and his colleagues will return to Spain.
In June 2023, a young Brazilian was appointed by the German press as Leonor’s boyfriend. Identified only as Gabriel, he was born in St. Pualo, but was created in the United States. The two would have known themselves at the College of Elite UWC Atlantic, in Wales.
