For this interesting “marriage” of poetry and cooking, sociologist Yiannis Georgiou, in the recent presentation of the poetic collection, said:

“… Her poetic venture is recorded in the field of poetry, literature intersecting- encountered with the issue of taste, and food in general. It moves to the limits of this literary current that incorporates art and food. Although the history of poetry as well as food history is so old, this trend called “Studies on Food and Taste”, Food Studies, began more actively in the 1990s, when scientific areas such as anthropology, sociology, literature, literature, and their literature. So this marriage of poetry and taste in general is also evident here by the title: Waltz Cardamou Cinnamon. The words “cardamom” and “cinnamon” recall virtual references and “enjoyment” and “taste”.
