Will Smith releases new album after twenty years away from music

Six months after the show she performed at Rock in Rio, Will Smith is releasing a new album “Based on a True Story”. Rapper’s latest album, “Lost and Found”, was released in 2005, and this time the work directly addresses some of the most controversial moments of his life, such as Chris Rock slap during the Oscar 2022 ceremony and his wedding full of ups and downs with Jada Pinkett.

The negative repercussion of the incident had serious consequences for Smith: he renounced his position at the Academy of Film Arts and Sciences and was banned from the award for 10 years.
