Sean “Diddy” Combs declared innocent on Monday (14) two more accusations-one for sex trafficking and one for transportation for prostitution-during a hearing before the US district judge Arun Subramanian in Manhattan.
The new round of accusations presented by the federal authorities represents the third update in lawsuits against the artist, who has been arrested since September 2024.
In a statement released earlier this month, Comb lawyers stated that “these are not new allegations” and completed: “These are the same people-long-standing ex-girlfriends-that they were involved in consensual relationships.”
The Comb trial is still scheduled for May 5, with the initial allegations scheduled for May 12. Marc Agnifilo, one of the rapper’s lawyers, said the defense could request a two-week postponement in the opening statements to review emails that he wants a supposed victim delivered.
The Subramanian judge stated that if the defense wants the postponement, he must submit a formal request within two days. “We are a cargo train following the trial,” said the judge.
