The K-Pop Lisa Manehal star chose a look full of meaning for Met Gala last Monday (5).

Blackpink singer wore a body embroidered with feminism and anti-racism faces, such as American activist Rosa Parks (1913-2005). On top of the play, he wore a lace jacket and complemented the look with gold cords and a pantyhose stamped with the Louis Vuitton symbol.

The theme of the ball was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”, something like “Superfine: Black -style tailoring.” The description of the theme talked about “the role of tailoring style in the formation of black identities, focusing on the emergence, meaning and proliferation of the black dandy.”

Lisa, therefore, served a look within the theme and even honored the black activists. To The Cut, Louis Vuitton said the print was created by American artist Henry Taylor and displays “portraits of figures who were part of the artist’s life.” Maison, however, did not make it clear the names of the figures stamped in the play.

Lisa Manehal is Thai and also works as an actress. She lived a mook in the third season of “White Lotus”. In addition to Lisa, other K-Pop artists were present at Met Gala, such as S.CCUPS, from Seventeen, and Rosé and Jennie, also from Blackpink.
