Ana Hickmann pronounces after accusation of former employee on labor debt

After being publicly accused by a former employee of not having paid labor values, Ana Hickmann, 44, decided to speak up. This Monday (9), the presenter denied any financial pending with Claudia Helena dos Santos, who worked for 18 years as her agent.

Claudia Helena stated, through Instagram, on Sunday (8), that she was leaving the apartment where she lived because she could not afford the costs. In an outburst, he explained that he has not yet received the contractual termination with Ana Hickmann. “Ana still took me the right to continue my professional life, with all the slander, lies and improper accusations she makes about me,” he complained.

In a note sent to F5, The defense of the presenter of Record stated that there is no debt with the former agent, since the process was dismissed. The statement also reports that Claudia “is being investigated and processed, civilly and criminally, for damage caused and falsification of signatures in contracts negotiated by Alexandre Correa”.

Claudia Helena’s lawyers, however, countered hours later the information and confirmed the entry of a labor lawsuit against the presenter’s companies. They stressed that the appeal is being a secret of justice. The defense of the former entrepreneur also stated in a social network that the process continues ongoing. “The case is awaiting judgment of an interlocutory appeal in the Superior Labor Court; therefore, it cannot be said to be dismissed.”

Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa separated in November 2023, after the host accused the entrepreneur with physical aggression. The case had great national repercussion. They married in 1998, under the regime of partial communion of goods, and maintained their lives in common for more than twenty -five years, forming a property composed of seven companies, eight properties and two vehicles.
