Philip Pliatsikas spoke about the … latest concerts given by the beloved Pix Lax Lax for years.

The band was created by two brotherly friends in Menidi, Philip Pliatsika and Babi Stokas in 1988 and since 1990 and then gave the audience countless successes.

After 35 years on the Greek music scene, Pix Lax is also touring concerts throughout the country this year.

“It is nice that we have served an” openness “, a universality, a inclusion,” the artist said, talking about the band’s course.

Concerning Pix Lax’s “last concert” for years, Philip Pliatsikas attributed this phrase to “toxic” minds of “orangutans”, a small portion of 3% to 5% of the population.

As she explained, “In 2004 we understood and felt that the phase was no longer going, there was an extreme saturation, and we ended the saturation, at 176 concerts, the need for the band to play constantly to get her bread. So we stopped, protected the band and in 2018 we came back and play together because we like it. “

“Babis and I are two people we were always friends (from 8 years old), who we never split and in our personal marches we were always next to each other, we are family,” said Philip Pliatsikas.

Finally, speaking about their new album, he said they called him “a little color for the dark” hoping to give a little color to this “dark, impatient, cynical era”.

Pix Lax starts this year’s tour with a concert in Cyprus and will follow two concerts, on 20/6 at the Rock Theater in Athens and 25/6 at the Land Theater in Thessaloniki.

Then they will give another 40 concerts across the country, which are also announced on the band’s social media.
