Ezra Miller arrested after harassing karaoke customers in Hawaii

Ezra Miller, 29, an actor who plays the Flash hero in the DC movies, has been accused of misconduct after an incident at a bar in Hilo, Hawaii. According to a statement posted on the website of the Hawaii Police Department, the actor was arrested by local police on Monday (28) on charges of harassment.

“Shortly after midnight on Monday, March 28, 2022, a 29-year-old man from Vermont was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a bar in Hilo,” the statement reads. with a photo of the actor.

“South Hilo patrol officers responded to a report of disorder at a bar on Silva Street. During the investigation, police determined that the man, later identified as Ezra Miller, became agitated as bar patrons began singing karaoke. Miller began shouting obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone of a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke (disorderly conduct offense) and then attacked a 32-year-old man throwing darts (harassment offense). Miller to calm down several times, to no avail.”

According to the official statement, Miller was arrested by the prosecution for both crimes. The total bail was set at US$500 (about R$2,400), which he paid and was soon released.
