Drake low millionaire house value in Beverly Hills after lack of buyers; look

Not even the ostentation of a film house in the heart of Beverly Hills was enough to attract buyers. Canadian rapper Drake, 37, decided to reduce by almost $ 50 million the value of his high standard property after more than a year trying to negotiate it unsuccessfully.

Initially valued at US $ 88 million (about $ 480 million), the house is now listed for $ 79 million – equivalent to about $ 430 million.

The attempt to sell has been accompanied by specialized websites since 2023. According to the real estate responsible, The Beverly Hills Estates, the property occupies about 12,000 m² of flat area and was described as a “exuberant refuge” with panoramic views for the canyon, the city and the ocean. “All main rooms are designed to enjoy the natural landscape,” says the company announcement.

The main residence includes seven suites, 13 bathrooms, library, two living rooms – one of them adapted as a movie theater – and a gourmet kitchen with integrated pantry. There are still separate dependencies with three staff suites, as well as a large outdoor area with gardens, orchard and pool with mosaic finish.

Among the prominent items are a garage with capacity for 11 vehicles, air -conditioned cellar, full gym, elevator, games room, “hidden” tennis court between trees and a guest house.

Drake, who even made other properties available for sale earlier, did not reveal the reasons for the decision to sell the house to the magazines that entered Luha. He is also undoing other luxury properties in California, such as the house in Los Angeles.
