Cassio Scapin says he lived affair with Richard Gere’s double in Paris

by

Actor Cassio Scapin, 60, known for playing the character Nino in the children’s show Castle Ra-Tim-Bum, participated in the program what story is this, Porchat? This Tuesday (1st) and revealed that he had lived a torrid novel with one of Hollywood’s most worshiped heartthrobes: Richard Gere.

The supposed affair, which would have happened a few years ago in Paris, France, surprised the presenter and the audience – who, of course, were curious to know all the details of the meeting. And Scapin delivered everything. “I was walking alone through a street and suddenly passes an Apollo. I crossed with that beautiful and charming gray man. I recognized at the time: Richard Gere,” he said excited.

According to the actor, the flirting in the middle of the street became a chat, then a coffee and, finally, an invitation to the hotel. “We had an absolutely fantastic affair,” he said. But he did not expect for the unusual outcome of the story: “He arrived and said, ‘Je M’Applle Jean-Claude. Je Suis Cover by Richard Gere’. He was a Richard Gere double!” He said, laughing.

“He could have gone away and made me happy, but I wanted to be honest,” Cassio concluded, pulling out laughs from Fabio Porchat and the audience.
