Arnold Schwarzenegger talks about discipline and leadership during a lecture in São Paulo

The public of the 15th edition of Expert XP 2025, held in São Paulo, had an unusual night this Friday (25): it was Arnold Schwarzenegger who took the stage as one of the main attractions of the event.

At 77, Hollywood star, a former California former physiculturist and former governor shared reflections on leadership, health and personal overcoming, as well as humorous moments about his own trajectory.

During his talk, Schwarzenegger addressed the importance of discipline as a tool for turning dreams into concrete goals. “Discipline is the foundation of any success,” he said, who also highlighted the value of staying motivated even in the face of obstacles. The speech also included excerpts on inspiring leadership and the impact of consistent lifelong decisions.

Despite the motivational focus, Schwarzenegger also allowed himself to play with personal life. He recalled a recent situation involving his son Patrick Schwarzenegger, actor of HBO’s “The White Lotus” series. In an interview with Variety’s Actors on Actors, Arnold said he was surprised to see his son in a nudity scene.

“I was watching and suddenly I see his ass. I thought, ‘What’s going on here? This is crazy,'” he said, between laughs. Still, he acknowledged that he was in the same position in the past. “Then I thought, ‘Arnold, Hello! You did the same in Conan and the Terminator of the Future. So don’t complain.'”
