Almost five years after setting the first collaboration, Netflix and Archewell Productions, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, decided to expand the partnership. The new long -term contract ensures streaming priority to develop and evaluate all company’s film and series projects.
Since 2020, Archewell has signed titles that have been encompassing from documentaries and fiction to lifestyle programs. Among them, “Harry & Meghan”, “Invictus Games: Veterans at the top”, “Polo”, “With Love, Meghan” and “leaders who inspire”. Created in conjunction with Netflix, the brand As Ever was also born of this collaboration.
The new phase begins in the coming weeks with the debut of the second season of “With Love, Meghan”. In the episodes, the Duchess receives chefs, artists and friends for experiences that combine cooking, conversations and creative projects. In December, she returns to the catalog with the Christmas special of the series, which brings together family members and guests to make recipes, make handicraft gifts and tell history.
Other releases already confirmed include “Meet Me at the Lake”, adaptation of Carley Fortune’s bestseller currently in production, and “Masaka Kids: Rhythm Within”, a documentary that portrays an orphanage in Uganda where children affected by the HIV/AIDS crisis transform their experiences through music and dance, expected to debut later this year.
