Granddaughter of Raul Gil denounces a court order that forbids her to talk about the family

Raquel Gil, granddaughter of presenter Raul Gil, used social networks to expose a conflict within the family. In a video, she said she received, along with her mother, Nanci Gil, an extrajudicial order that prohibits them from publicly manifesting themselves on family matters.

According to Raquel, the notification was sent by his uncle, Raul Gil Júnior, known as Raulzinho. The young woman said that the measure also restricts that they talk about their own life story, under penalty of indemnity action.

“We received an extrajudicial order from my uncle, that is, from my own blood, that we can not say anything about the family in which we were born, grew, which we are supposed to be part. You can not say anything else of our life, which was recorded, not only by the press, but also by all who witnessed our challenges and achievements,” he said.

Rachel also asked followers not to ask her grandfather, uncle or grandmother to avoid potential processes. “We cannot change our family, our DNA, our surname, our close relatives,” he lamented. She said she also believed that “the truth will prevail.”

By 2023, Nanci Gil had already talked about the quarrel with his brother, reporting that he was removed from public appearances next to his father. Raul Gil’s eldest daughter did not appear in the honor of the presenter on Sunday with Huck, at Globo, in March 2024. The absence of the journalist caught the attention of fans of the presenter, who said goodbye to SBT after 14 years. “I was not invited,” he said.

Nanci also said that, on another occasion, he was called to participate in a television special, but found that Raulzinho had taken his place.

“I’m not invited to anything for about 10, 12 years, since my brother thought it was better for me to stay away from everything. Because my father is a company for my brother, and I’m like ‘partner’. For what? Let’s get the money for one. He took me everything,” he said.

So far, Raul Gil Júnior has not spoken on the matter.
