Alexander reveals everything about BBQ, gives tips and secrets for cooking lovers and suggests original recipes that love… fire! Bakes and at the same time enjoys the countryside and nature.
His journey begins Sunday, April 3 with first stop him Olympus and we’re getting ready for the most “divine” BBQ ever made.
Alexandros meets Thanasis and Sakis and they make an impressive descent from the mountain with a splitboard. When they go down the slope, hungry as they are, they set up their grill and prepare the most melancholy meze: slow-cooked and marinated “Beef Caramelized Railway” melting in the mouth.
The sequel has a mountain bike with his new friends, Elena, Alexandros and Luke near the village of Agios Dimitrios Pieria. On their return together with one of the best roasters in the area, Lazarus, they cook an unusual “Spetsofai in pie” prepared entirely on the grill, from the sausages to the sauce.
