The eve of the anniversary of October 28, on Monday October 27 at 10.45 p.m., Hermione Brigou, the Lady of Heimarra, unfolds the Life of Ollie to Christina Vidou.

The 93-year-old woman – his symbol Hellenism of Northern Epirus remembers them first hours of the Warthe euphoria of her fellow villagers and her family when the Greek Army triumphantly entered the Heimarrathe hand-to-hand combat within the confines of her yard. He vividly describes the hours he spent with the Greeks officers and enlisted men who had camped in the house where he grew up and lives to this day.

She tells how the wooden crosses that marked the place of the dead heroes were replaced by two pear trees to keep the priceless secret during the years of the Hoxha regime and she talks about the persecution she and her parents suffered. She remembers the oath she made to her father, the seven-sealed secret that was not revealed even in the darkest moments, and her life dedicated to a holy cause.

Eighty-five years after the Albania Epic, Lady Hermione relives the moments of greatness and bitterness that she experienced as a child in the midst of historical events and meets for the first time with one of the descendants of the “children” who stayed forever in her orchard and promised to take care until she closes her eyes.
