A few times the famous actress and singer has occupied the general public with her personal life and this is one of them. As it became known on April 8, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got engaged for the second time after 18 whole years when in 2004 they abruptly broke up. This relationship was “revived” in 2021 and this year it was formalized.
The irony in the whole affair is the reaction of the ex-partner of the Latina star and popular baseball player, Alex Rodriguez, who was a guest of the presenter Michael Kay on the show “Sunday Night Baseball” and was mentioned by the presenter, at the engagement of JLo, saying characteristically :
“It’s a great time for sports. We have a new champion, the NBA playoffs are ready to start, baseball is in its best and most active phase, the people around are engaged. “Indeed, it is a happy time for humanity.”
The former Yankees star reacted with laughter to the report about his ex and responded by saying:
“Happiness and world peace are what we are looking for anyway.”
