Juliana Paes, 43, is enjoying a vacation period in the United States, after ending her participation in the soap opera “Pantanal” (Globo). On Friday (15), however, the actress had a scare at the house where she is staying.
As reported on social media, her husband, Carlos Eduardo Baptista, tried to prepare breakfast, but ended up causing a little confusion. While frying bacon, the smoke that formed in the kitchen set off the fire alarm.
It didn’t take long for firefighters to arrive at the scene. “My God, when men go fry bacon and set off a fire alarm,” she joked on social media. “There’s a fire truck, there’s police, because they couldn’t make bacon.”
The actress tried to reassure fans by saying that there was no real fire, only the alarm was triggered by accident. “Controlled fire, all in the most holy peace of the Lord,” she reported. “There was no fire, guys, I’m kidding. The smoke from the frying that set off the alarm.”
Recently, Juliana commented on the process of building Maria Marruá in the soap opera. “We live in this sometimes very aesthetic universe and I have received many questions in this regard: what it is like to see yourself aged or mistreated”, she commented. “It seems that the spirit of the question comes in the sense of ‘what is it like to make this effort?’
“It’s not an effort, quite the opposite,” he guaranteed, in a press conference in which the F5 participated. “It is gratifying to be able to let go of vanity, of the current aesthetic.
