Avoid being busy @ just to be

Therefore, take some time this three days to make a new acquaintance with yourself. Give space to your emotions to come closer to you.

You did it for over three months of 2022 – and that’s something you should celebrate. Why not use this three days as an opportunity to pamper yourself?

Celebrate your successes -even the smallest ones- and become your own hype. Ask yourself, “What is the best reward I can give myself right now?”

Come closer to your future self

Before diving into the three days, try to think in advance where you want to be on Tuesday morning. When Tuesday comes and you return to the normal flow of your daily life, think about what you would like to feel.

Take some time from today and think about how you can cultivate it. You have control over your time and it matters what you do with it.
