Sabrina Sato returned to samba a week after achieving the feat of parading, on the same day and with a few hours apart, as queen of drums at the carnivals in Rio and São Paulo. The presenter caught her breath and was one of the stars of the Vogue Ball, this Friday (29), at Copacabana Palace.
“It’s not easy, but I take it literally, I love it here”, said the presenter to F5shortly after performing in front of the Vila Isabel drums for the select audience at Copacabana Palace.
It was her second appearance to guests that night, and this time, although the school’s predominant colors were blue and white, she and the drummer wore red clothes in allusion to the gin brand that sponsored the night.
“Come, my sweetheart”, called her husband Duda Nagle at the end of the presentation, leading her to a side entrance, where she would personally meet the president of the company. In Sabrina’s schedule, there is space for recordings for TV (“There were four days in a row this week”), for intense business and for putting into practice the pleasure of samba and parading in front of the rhythmists. She, however, does not hide it: she is tired, yes.
“I overturned last night, right, love?”, he says, beside Duda. He confirms but delivers that the woman can’t relax when she gets home. “She stays on Instagram seeing the repercussion of everything”. Sabrina laughs, says she’s been sleeping a maximum of five hours a day, but she doesn’t complain, she thinks it’s all great. “Imagine if I’m going to complain. It’s all too wonderful,” she says, before running off to another business meeting in the middle of the revelry.
