Duda Reis says she is accomplished with an institute that supports women victims of violence

Actress Duda Reis, 20, spoke about her new project, Instituto Survivor, which began this May to help women victims of abuse and domestic violence. She was on Tuesday (4) at an event to launch a Braé product, in São Paulo.

The influencer and now entrepreneur says she still doesn’t have a physical space to welcome women, but she has helped dozens of them who seek her out. In the coming weeks, she will open pages on social media for people to get in touch. “[Talvez] in the next few months until we get a physical space.”

According to the actress, a multidisciplinary team is receiving complaints from women victims of violence and provides legal and psychological help. “We want to show that there is life after violence.”

Duda says that she is very happy with the new project and that she wants to provide support and the possibility of giving new meaning to these women. “I was very privileged, something that doesn’t happen, rarity of rarity.”

She says that people often don’t understand why some things happen in life, but after a while they realize what they can do with some situation. “I feel very happy, very accomplished, I feel aligned,” she celebrates.
