The most beautiful gift from her granddaughter, in her old age, ie her 101 years, was given to her grandmother Amanda Georgiadi Tenfjord, who lives in the city of Ioannina.

Yesterday he sent her her beautiful wish. She waited anxiously to see her on TV, to perform her own ballad.

Mary Vazaka-Georgiadi welcomed us with a smile and spoke proudly to APE-MPE about her “little one”.

“Amandoula is a good, positive person,” she says at the age of 101. My granddaughter continues, “she is modest and everything she does, she does it responsibly, seriously, it comes out of her soul”.

Mrs. Vazaka-Georgiadi always remembers her granddaughter going up and down the stairs of the house and singing. In fact, she reveals that she was a hardworking child and as an “elementary school student in Norway, she wanted her own pocket money for her piggy bank, so this morning, before going to school, she distributed newspapers and leaflets under the doors.”

Mrs. Georgiadi, a retired teacher, remembers the childhood years of Amanda and her brother Lambros, in Ioannina. As she tells us, she was very concerned with her grandchildren, she had them freely but under supervision. The Georgiadi family left for Norway when Amanda was 3 years old. From then until today, he regularly visits Ioannina, to see Mrs. Mary, during holidays and summers.

The Georgiadis family is especially well known in Ioannina. The governor of Epirus, Alexandros Kachrimanis, made a relevant post on his personal account on social networks, stating the following:

“Amanda Georgiadis Tenfjord, originally from Ioannina, daughter of the engineer Mr. Konstantinos Georgiadis, – I remember her grandmother Mrs. Mary Vazaka, a teacher in Kaplanio and her grandfather, professor, Lambros Georgiadis, in Zosiloia, Greece Die Together’s song at the 66th Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, Italy.

Amanda is studying medicine at the University of Trondheim in Norway while pursuing a career in music. Good luck Amanda! Good luck Greece! ” wrote features.
