It all starts with Anaïs, a millennial who is constantly running to catch up. Now, what he really wants to catch is a serious question. Other times Anaïs seems to want to just catch up on a date she’s late for, while other times she seems to be running out of time to not catch up with her own life. He falls in love, he gives, he separates, he moves away from the beginning again, without following rules and tightly in this whole process.
In this chaos that prevails in her life, she also meets Daniel, an educated gentleman who spends several years with her. As the two begin to spend more time together, things get quite complicated. Especially when Anaïs tries in every way to get closer to Daniel’s partner of 12 years.
A special and hilarious balance is created between these three people, which makes Anaïs another anti-heroine, one of those with whom you can immediately identify.

Anaïs in Love is above all a film about the coming of age of a man who has not yet found his place in this world, like many others. Anaïs writes a diploma that will never end, she never has any money left to pay her rent and she is always late for her appointments.
And all this is happening because she is very busy living in the now and not caring about what will happen in the next few minutes. Her innocence meets a frightening maturity within her, which if one observes it well, may change his life.
