Alexander does not miss the opportunity for a little adventure and company with an experienced local fisherman, he enters a boat in the lagoon of Messolonghi, the famous “gaita”, for a tour. The fire will light in a classic pella – the special houses that are built in and on the water – and the menu includes the most aromatic “Sea bream with leek & Florina Pepper”.
