Bia Feres, 33, reported on the breastfeeding of her first child, Isaac, just four months old, this Saturday night (20). With a glass of beer in her hand and the baby in her lap, the former athlete and presenter proposed a toast to the cycle that ended, saying it was “great while it lasted”.
“In an ideal world or in the world that the algorithm fed me, it was just breast milk, exclusive breastfeeding that baby Isaac needed. Moms there know that this is not always the case, we do what we can, what we can or that our body is capable of doing. And unfortunately it doesn’t always obey our thoughts and desires,” said Bia on the Instagram that she shares with her twin sister, Branca.
The former synchronized swimming athlete said that she always wanted to breastfeed as much as possible, but that her body determined that this limit was four months, as her milk dried up. “Don’t force or blame yourself for not being able to breastfeed your babies, each body reacts in a way. The important thing is to have our children healthy in the right way,” he concluded.
Bia announced that she was waiting for her eldest son, the result of her three-year marriage to businessman MaurÃcio Sirotsky, on Christmas Eve 2020, also on social media. “And guess who will be menstruating at Christmas? Me, right, cute, because you’re pregnant,” Branca said, joking with her sister, in an amusing Instagram video at the time.
Isaac was born on July 7 through a normal birth, which not only Bia’s husband, but Branca’s, participated. “What a moment! Gratitude! Welcome, Isaac! We love you so much!”, shared the new mom the day after the baby’s birth.
