Actress, singer and presenter Selena Gomez, 29, entertained fans and viewers during her Saturday Night Live helm debut this weekend. Among the topics discussed, the artist talked about her love life and joked about being single.
“One of the reasons I was so happy to present is because I’m single. I’ve heard that SNL is a great place to find love,” the singer said, referencing Emma Stone and Scarlett Johansson, who met their partners on program, in addition, Pete Davidson met Kim Kardashian also in the attraction.
“I just want the universe to know that I’m expressing love. I would like to say that I’m looking for my better half, but I’m at a point where I already accept anyone”, completed the artist, in a joking tone.
Recently, the artist apologized after fans accused her of mocking model Hailey Bieber, 25, on TikTok, the wife of her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, 28.
After raising eyebrows while posting a silent skincare tutorial similar to videos regularly shared by the model, Selena made it clear she wasn’t mocking Hailey in any way.
“That’s why I believe in taking care of your mental health. People have no idea what I did, but I’m really sorry. Zero bad intentions”, commented the singer on her TikTok, before deactivating the comments.
