Singer Conrado, from the duo with Aleksandro, undergoes hip surgery

Singer Conrado, from the duo with Aleksandro, underwent another surgery this Monday (16). According to the medical bulletin released by the advice of the sertanejo, João Vitor Moreira Soares underwent a new procedure for hip fixation at the Regional Registry Hospital, in the interior of São Paulo, and remains hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The health status of Conrado, 27, remains stable.

“Patient João Vitor Moreira Soares performed today (5/16), in the morning, a complementary surgery for hip fixation, which was uneventful. After the procedure, he was referred to the Intensive Care Unit, where he remains stable. clinically”, said the text published on social networks.

Conrado survived the bus accident that left six dead, including his partner Aleksandro, and eleven injured on the 7th, on Rodovia Régis Bittencourt, in Miracatu, São Paulo. As soon as he was rescued, the singer apparently had minor injuries, but he underwent several tests and needed urgent surgery to control bleeding and surgical correction of a fracture in the pelvis. Last Wednesday (11), he was extubated and remained in the ICU. This Monday’s operation was decided by the doctors who attend the sertanejo.

The accident with the duo’s bus happened around 10:30 am on Saturday, May 7th. The singers and team had left Tijucas do Sul, Paraná, where the duo had performed the night before, and were heading to São Pedro, São Paulo, for another performance that weekend. According to the Federal Highway Police, the left tire blew out and the driver lost control of the vehicle, which ended up overturning in the central median of the lane.

In addition to singer Luiz Aleksandro Talhari Correia, 34, the other victims of the accident were musicians Wisley Aliston Roberto Novais, Marzio Allan Anibal and Roger Aleixo Calcagnoto, roadie/technician Giovani Gabriel Lopes dos Santos and light technician Gabriel Fukuda.
