Frida Kahlo’s family, represented by the Frida Kahlo Management Foundation, has collaborated with the founders of BTF Media, Ricardo Coeto and Francisco Cordero and with Hector Martinez in the co-production of the series inspired by the life of the iconic painter, reports Variety.
According to Mara Romeo Kahlo, the painter’s niece, “the series seeks to portray Frida like no one has ever seen her before. «The aim is to present a unique perspective based on what her family knows about her and to show how she really lived her life.He said.
