The president of EINAP pointed out that the number of those who have had up-to-date vaccinations is low

To increase hospitalizations from coronavirus by 10% in the ordinary beds in our country, while there was a relatively hot summer, the president of the Athens-Piraeus Hospital Physicians Union (EINAP) spoke on the show Today on SKAI Matina Pagoni, warning that, in about a month, after the 15th towards the end of November “the hard times begin”.

“Already in Europe, because the weather has changed, the cold has started, there is a 45% increase in hospitalizations in simple beds, while in Italy 31%, and in ICUs in numbers that we did not expect” noted the president of EINAP.

“Now comes the hard part that summer ended. We have to wear the mask in the supermarkets, especially on Saturday when there is a big crowd,” he said.

Matina Pagoni pointed out that the number of those who have had updated vaccinations he is short. “Information is needed, just as information is needed about the flu… The flu has started,” he stressed.

“Those over 60 have forgotten that they are going to an appointment (for vaccination),” he added.

Regarding his statements Sotiris Tsiodrathe president of EINAP made it clear that she spoke truths, but which were “translated” by some groups that immediately wanted to seize them.

“When we speak and address the common people, we should speak more simply, because things are misinterpreted and confusion is created,” he underlined.
