Mônica Bergamo: Brazilian Medical Association wins seat at Conitec

The National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies in the Unified Health System (Conitec) will have one of its seats occupied by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), which gained voting rights within the body. The term of office is indefinite.

“Having an active AMB representative at Conitec will provide greater technical qualification and transparency in the analyzes carried out by the collegiate, to the benefit of SUS users throughout Brazil”, says the entity’s president, César Eduardo Fernandes.

The war in Ukraine, the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the Brazilian elections and the arrival at 80 years of idols such as Gilberto Gil, Paulinho da Viola and Caetano Veloso will be some of the events this year recalled by Retrospectiva 2022, on TV Globo.

The traditional attraction will air on the 30th, with a presentation by Sandra Annenberg. The program was shot on the premises of the National Museum, at Quinta da Boa Vista, in Rio de Janeiro, which has been rebuilt since the fire that occurred in 2018.

“Recording the presentation of the 2022 Retrospective there was very symbolic because we are in a moment of reconstruction in the country, as well as the National Museum”, says Annenberg.
