Detailed what was announced by the Ministry of Health for the disengagement of those who delay the program

In order to continue the Vaccination Program for the vaccination of the population against coronavirus COVID-19 and in relation to the citizens who apply for home vaccination, we point out the following:

1. Pursuant to the provision of Article 52A N. 4764/2020, vaccination at home is carried out only for citizens who are unable to attend the vaccination centers due to disability and meet the criteria of the National Vaccination Committee, upon application by the treating physician to the treating physician. familiar electronic platform. In addition, according to the GP no. 7586 / 07.02.2022 JM (Î’ ‘608) of the Ministers, of Finance, of Health, of State and of the Commander of AADE on “Determination of the procedure of determination of the obligated persons and imposition of the administrative fine of par. 4 of article 24 of law 4865/2021 (A’238) “the more specific issues regarding the identification of the liable natural persons that fall within the scope of application of par. 1 of article 24 of law 4865/2021 and the procedure of determination, certification and collection of the administrative fine in accordance with par. 4 of the same article.

2. Applications for vaccination of citizens at home, for whom no vaccination has been carried out, are already pending in the system. Specifically, for those citizens who have requested their home vaccination until 16.01.2022, but this has not been done through their own fault, since despite the phone calls of the KY, in order to schedule the vaccination, they do not accept the invoking various excuses or refusing to be vaccinated, or the stated contact details are incorrect, it is recommended that the following procedures be followed accordingly / alternatively for the exclusion of these citizens from the Vaccination Program:

I. a) The CA calls / communicates with the citizen by any appropriate means and proposes a new specific appointment (day and time) keeping a record of the time and day of the call, as well as the name of the caller,
b) In case of refusal or inability of the citizen for the proposed specific day and time the KY repeats after three days the communication / call and proposes a new day and time to the citizen to carry out his vaccination keeping a record of the time and day of the call , as well as the name of the caller,
c) In case the finalization of the appointment and the vaccination due to the citizen’s refusal are not achieved again, the KY informs the citizen at the same time about his / her withdrawal from the Program keeping a record for the time and day of the call, as well as the name and surname of the caller,
d) The RFA creates a separate file for the citizens who did not have vaccination despite their request and after the procedure described above, which is sent to the coordination center ([email protected]) every Wednesday and Friday,
e) The applications that have been submitted for home vaccination of the citizens included in this file become inactive and are not counted in the programming, while the citizens are automatically excluded from the Home Vaccination Program,
f) The citizen whose application was rejected may submit a new application in accordance with the prescribed procedure. In case the wrong contact details have been declared and it is not possible to communicate with the citizen, the application is rejected.

II. A) The CA calls / communicates with the citizen by any appropriate means and proposes a new specific appointment (day and time) keeping a record of the time and day of the call, as well as the name of the caller,
b) In case of refusal or inability of the citizen for the proposed specific day and time the KY repeats after three days the communication / call and proposes a new day and time to the citizen to carry out his vaccination keeping a record of the time and day of the call , as well as the name of the caller,
c) In case the finalization of the appointment and the vaccination due to the refusal of the citizen are not achieved again, the user from the KY systematically selects the option “removal due to refusal” and the application is deleted keeping systematically the data of the user who made the selection .

III. A) The CA calls / communicates with the citizen by any appropriate means and proposes a new specific appointment (day and time) keeping a record of the time and day of the call, as well as the name of the caller and informs him about the automatic from the appointment system, b) In case of refusal or inability of the citizen for the proposed specific day and time, the KY repeats the communication / call after three days and suggests a new day and time to the citizen for the vaccination and places a new appointment in the system , keeping a record of the time and day of the call, as well as the name of the caller, c) In case the appointment is not achieved again and the vaccination due to the refusal of the citizen, the user systematically selects the option “removal” due to refusal ” and the request is deleted by systematically keeping the details of the user who made the selection.

3. In applying this, we draw attention to the observance of the legislation on Personal Data Protection and in particular to the observance of all the fundamental principles of personal data processing enshrined in Article 5 of the GDPR.
