A survey carried out by SindHosp (Union of Hospitals, Clinics and Laboratories of SP) shows that seven out of ten patients in the private network attended by telemedicine are satisfied.
DEMAND
The survey heard 139 private hospitals and found that 22% of them started the service because of the pandemic, while 78% made improvements during the crisis. Adherence to telemedicine, however, is still considered low in the interior of SP: only 18% of hospitals provide assistance through the modality, against 46% in the capital.
