An online ticket for EOPYY pharmacies will be able to have the insured before reaching the pharmacy to obtain their medicine.
As the Minister of Health explains in his post on X to facilitate access to EOPYY pharmacies, a service has been implemented that allows information and electronic ticketing to be implemented, aiming to better serve citizens.
“Beneficiaries, on the day they wish to visit one of the EOPYY pharmacies, can search the pharmacy offered by the required medicine through the website https://eticket.eopyy.gov.gr. After choosing the right pharmacy, they can proceed with the “Ticket Issue” option, thus completing the process for electronically receiving the ticket that ensures that they will better serve them“, Says A. Georgiadis and points out that the service does not require entry codes and provides the following possibilities:
- Show on the map of the pharmacies in which the formulation has been sought/selected by the insured
- Show the preparations available per pharmacy when not all exist in a service point
- Display the number of tickets in waiting in pharmacies as well as estimated waiting time at that time
- Ability to choose a pharmacy and ticket issuance
- Download tickets in PDF format and print capability
- Ability to monitor in real time of the evolution of the priority series in the pharmacy, through the code included in the ticket
