When it comes to exercise, are you a morning owl or more of a night owl? And is it really important?
Please forgive me for thinking that I don’t mind doing it anytime before I finish my work.
It’s good to exercise any time of day, but new research shows that this is the best time to exercise.
They differ between men and women, and it depends on whether your goal is to build muscle or burn fat.
According to the BBC, a study conducted in the United States looked at 30 men and 26 women, all active and healthy, aged 25 to 55 years.
The participants studied for 12 weeks while participating in various fitness programs such as endurance, endurance, stretching, and sprinting. 12 weeks.
The cohort was divided into two groups, both training at different times of the day. One exercised until 8:30 am and the other did the same routine from 6 pm to 8 pm.
They all followed a specially designed diet plan.
During the three-month study, the participants monitored their blood pressure and body fat.
The researchers also tested flexibility, strength, and aerobic strength at the beginning and end of the experiment.
Frankly, everyone who participated has improved their health and fitness.
However, there are some benefits primarily related to exercise, and it turns out that morning is the best when it comes to burning belly fat and lowering blood pressure. This was especially true for women.
That said, the findings suggest that night training is generally better when building muscle is the goal. It is also said to help improve mood and health.
The men’s training time didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them.
Dr Paul Arserio, professor of health and human physiology at Skidmore University, lead author of the study, told the BBC that people are likely to “benefit” from early exercise.
But he added: “The best time to exercise is the best time to exercise and adjust your schedule.”
In short, if you’re a woman looking to burn fat and lower your blood pressure, try exercising first.
If you’re trying to build muscle, additional training may be in your best interest.
If you are a man, you will love yourself and you will be able to act with the best humor and the natural clock of your body.
In any case, don’t read it too much and enjoy your training at a time that best suits your lifestyle.
