Looking for a dream dinner in central London? You have to go to Ell.
Located in the heart of Mayfair’s Boogie District, this restaurant offers great Middle Eastern food, miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city behind marble walls.
Stepping through the front door, you’ll find a stunning open kitchen and dining room with views of seafood, beef, dry-aged lamb and Tahini creek.
Downstairs is Ray Rubber, where you can find the most elegant cocktails with a Middle Eastern twist. If you’re interested in mezcal, try Smokin Peach, and if you need something sweet, try Rita’s Sour.
There’s also a dining room on the lower floors that feels like a real escape from London. The lush daybed has a built-in wine cooler, elegant wine room, London’s next must-see bathroom, arched doors in each cubicle, velvet sofas, and a welcoming fountain. Wallpaper when clapping with lotion.
But go back to your desk to start the real fun.
If you go to El for lunch, you can choose from a 2-course menu for £42 per person, but for dinner it’s all a la carte.

You may want to serve chocolate aged Wagyu beef tomahawk and Arabic cheese murtabak, but take a more conservative approach with your friends.
Cooking is expensive, so sharing something with your group will make this dining experience more affordable. You can also eat some of the must-see dishes that are offered multiple times.
Order the famous Hello Midnuts (the ultimate comfort food), wood-fired leavened bread (both battered with heavenly koji butter and truffle honey), burnt octopus, and white bean hummus. You may not think that hummus, mussels, and cod work together, but trust us, they work great.
When it comes to meat and fish, all the options here are winners. Tuna ceviche is perfect for summer days, very refreshing and cheerful. The scallops are fortified with tahini and the sea bream is served in fish and chips tartar sauce.
Don’t skip the page while you’re on it. The crispy fried gratin is, unsurprisingly, the best carbs, baby gems wrapped in a delicious sauce and topped with healthy cheese.
For desserts, choose coconut, hazelnut or bonuti if you’re not full, and choose a light and sweet setting, a special raspberry pistachio tart, or a simple selection of lemon, berries and Turkish sweets.
Gel Salts with a delicious surprise that you are still in the UK.
