(News Bulletin 247) – Liberum reaffirms its ‘hold’ recommendation on Compass with a price target raised from 2010 to 2150 pence, in the wake of a marginal increase in its estimates for the British restaurant services group.
“Compass continued its first quarter momentum, with organic revenue growth of 25% in the first half of 2022-23, the trend of returning workers and outsourcing continuing”, underlines the broker.
“While we see less scope for future upside after the recovery phase, we expect further compound growth making Compass a core portfolio holding,” he continues.
