(News Bulletin 247) – The Paref group unveiled last night the project to restructure its Parisian office asset Léon Frot, located in the 11th arrondissement, a building built in the 1980s and which it had acquired in 2016 from of the City of Paris.
The property management specialist says he is planning restructuring and elevation works with the aim of repositioning the asset, which no longer meets current standards in terms of comfort, energy performance and environmental quality.
This building, which develops nearly 2000 m2 of offices and shops, has been completely cleaned and asbestos removed in order to prepare the structural work, namely the construction of two additional floors and the advancement of the street facade.
Paref also plans to carry out the complete replacement of the facades and to upgrade the premises in the basement to a commercial surface.
Ultimately, the building will develop nearly 2,900 m2, including approximately 2,300 m2 of offices and nearly 600 m2 of shops.
The complex, which will also benefit from the creation of terraces and a green roof, is aiming for BREEAM RFO ‘Very Good level’ and HQE Sustainable Building ‘Very efficient level’ certifications.
