(News Bulletin 247) – Air Liquide’s Health Business Department has presented its social partners with a plan to transform its Home Health business in France.
“Thus, as a key partner of the healthcare system, Air Liquide intends to contribute responsibly to its necessary transformation by defining a new organizational model for its Home Healthcare activities in France,” the group indicates.
The transformation project presented to the social partners would thus consist of remodeling the operational organization of one of the Group’s main home healthcare entities, Pharma Dom, simplifying its brand portfolio, and consolidating some of its locations.
It would also aim to bring together certain cross-functional functions within a single entity.
Currently subject to consultation with employee representative bodies, this project would involve the elimination of 430 net positions.
‘Air Liquide Healthcare wants to offer new models of care at home, allowing better organization of care pathways and quality of life for patients, at the best cost for the healthcare system. This transformation, which is essential, will be carried out in consultation with our social partners, ‘said Philippe Ogé, Director General of Health at Home France.
